Delighted by the spacious room and comfy bed! The rooftop lounge was a delightful retreat with nice city views and complimentary beverages.

Street noise was quite disruptive, making it hard to sleep. Staff pressure for timeshare presentations felt intrusive upon check-in.

The staff was courteous and friendly, especially the concierge who provided great recommendations, making it easy for me to enjoy my weekend walking through the vibrant streets and landmarks nearby like union square and chinatown, where everything felt just a short stroll away. I felt right at home in a comfy, clean room that had a fabulous view.

Loved our spacious Deluxe King Room with a rear view, which minimized noise. The staff made every effort to assist us, especially at the hospitality facilities on the 14th floor, where we enjoyed relaxing evenings. Pro tip, Try to request a room away from the street for better tranquility!

The only downside was that the bathroom setup was a bit cramped with three of us trying to get ready at once, which made the mornings a little hectic.

It was frustrating to discover that the pianist was playing in another room while we were stuck in a dead space, not offered a better option. This chaos ruined what could have been a pleasant evening.
