My honest journey to loving this
Delighted by the spacious room and comfy bed! The rooftop lounge was a delightful retreat with nice city views and complimentary beverages.
Street noise was quite disruptive, making it hard to sleep. Staff pressure for timeshare presentations felt intrusive upon check-in.

The staff was courteous and friendly, especially the concierge who provided great recommendations, making it easy for me to enjoy my weekend walking through the vibrant streets and landmarks nearby like union square and chinatown, where everything felt just a short stroll away. I felt right at home in a comfy, clean room that had a fabulous view.

This place is a charming urban oasis! We loved staying here with our two boys. the spacious room was perfect with a microwave and fridge for snacks. The rooftop lounge, where we sipped coffee while the kids played, was a highlight of our trip.
My kids wished for a more kid-friendly menu in the restaurant.

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, a nice touch for our family stay. The hotel features a lovely restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious dinner paired with great wine. However, the area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe due to the presence of many homeless individuals, making us uneasy during our walks. Service at the restaurant was lacking, and the front desk staff was not very welcoming.

Comfortable Stay with a Beautiful View
Loved our spacious Deluxe King Room with a rear view, which minimized noise. The staff made every effort to assist us, especially at the hospitality facilities on the 14th floor, where we enjoyed relaxing evenings. Pro tip, Try to request a room away from the street for better tranquility!

I had a fantastic time with my friends at this wonderful hotel! We explored the stunning urban oasis and enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop lounge with hot beverages. The staff was super friendly, and the room was spacious. Overall, it’s a great place to stay near all the fun!
The only downside was that the bathroom setup was a bit cramped with three of us trying to get ready at once, which made the mornings a little hectic.

Excellent location near attractions.
Our stay was overshadowed by the terrible restaurant experience. The restaurant felt cold and uninviting, lacking any ambiance after a long day of sightseeing. It was frustrating to discover that the pianist was playing in another room while we were stuck in a dead space, not offered a better option. This chaos ruined what could have been a pleasant evening.

The charming Italian decor throughout the hotel felt welcoming, especially the cozy lounge area where I sipped coffee while surrounded by lovely artwork. The spacious elevator made getting around easy, which I truly appreciated.
More accessible seating in common areas would be helpful.
